Come and enjoy an hour of open-air yoga in the Elisabethpark on the shore of our spectacular lake.
Whether you need a break from the ski slopes - or if you’d simply like an intriguing alternative - come out and explore the wonders of yoga in the crisp alpine air! You’ll be able to enjoy the gentle movements of yoga amidst gorgeous scenery and a very pleasant and congenial atmosphere.
All you need to bring is weather-appropriate clothing and enthusiasm.
Ground pads are free for all participants.
The Winter-Yoga is for free and no registration required.
Guided Torchlight Walk in Kaprun

Every Monday at 8 pm you can be part of a guided torchlight walk through Kaprun.
- Meeting point: 7.45 pm at the tourist information Kaprun
- Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
- Price: free guided tour (ticket serves as your reservation)
- Children are allowed from 6 years on (accompanied by an adult)

Snowshoe hike with 360-degree panoramic views and a work of art at the summit

Every Wednesday, our mountain guide accompanies you on a snowshoe hike from the summit of the Schmittenhöhe via the high-altitude promenade to the Sonnkogel.
The winter hiking trail offers impressive views of the snow-covered mountains and Lake Zell. The destination of the hike is the Schrambachkopf, where the artwork ‘Opfertisch or a Halleluja’ is located.
Afterwards, we descend together to the Sonnkogel Restaurant and the Sonnkogelbahn.
We recommend sturdy footwear and warm winter clothing for the hike. Snowshoes and poles can be hired on site for a small fee.
- Meeting point: 9 am at the Schmittenhöhebahn InfoCenter valley station
- Hire fee for snowshoes & poles: € 6
- The hike is free with a valid cable car ticket
- Registration only via the online shop, by 12 noon the day before at the latest!
